The second session of the 2021 new employee training has concluded successfully.
The second session of Hite Bio’s new‑employee training for 2021 was held as scheduled on November 19. The program aimed to help newly hired staff enhance their work efficiency and skills, deepen their understanding of the company’s corporate culture, and quickly integrate into the Hite Bio family. A total of 23 new employees participated, with training covering six key areas: corporate culture and personnel policies, financial expense reimbursement, product knowledge, the Pharmaceutical Administration Law and GMP‑related regulations, OA system operating procedures, and occupational safety and health.
The training kicked off with a creatively designed “chain‑style” self‑introduction, setting the stage for a productive day ahead. The “Values Auction” activity then brought the atmosphere to a lively crescendo, as participants not only enjoyed the game but also used their personal values as a guide to map out their future career paths. Meanwhile, all 23 new employees actively shared their thoughts and engaged enthusiastically in the sessions, working together to contribute meaningfully to their respective teams. Representing their groups, Xie Zhonghao from Production Department One, Lei Yujun from Quality Control, and Yin Biwei from Marketing succinctly outlined the responsibilities of their roles, fostering greater mutual understanding among the newcomers. In the concluding summary, the trainees expressed that the program had been highly rewarding, thanking the organizers for providing a platform for peer learning and pledging to approach their future work with even greater dedication and a proactive spirit.
It is worth noting that the seven trainers who participated in this session also fully assumed their role as “guides,” leveraging their professional expertise and practical skills to lay the first cornerstone of the “Haiter Path” for new employees.
Through this training, all new employees have not only met valuable mentors and colleagues who have guided them on Hite Bio’s journey of growth, but have also significantly enhanced their professional expertise.
